At Cooperative Atma, we understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. We aim to make this process simple and transparent while respecting the handmade nature of our rugs.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund — no questions asked.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the rug is already being prepared or shipped.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs

Because custom rugs are handmade to your exact specifications, we can only accept cancellation requests if production has not yet started. Once weaving begins, the order becomes non-cancelable.

If you wish to modify a custom order, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped via DHL, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and full name:

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations made within 24 hours are refunded in full.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable after processing.

6. Exceptions

  • Custom rugs where production has started.
  • Orders already shipped or delivered.
  • Sale or promotional items clearly marked as final sale.
