- You may return new, unused ready-made rugs within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions or a shipping label.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Cooperative Atma covers the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
